Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of asphalt paving sites, including site clearing and grading. Support paving operations by spreading asphalt using appropriate machinery and tools. Help with the loading and unloading of materials using dump trucks and loaders to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain safety protocols on-site by following OSHA standards and wearing proper protective gear at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project progress and quality standards are met. Requirements Prior construction site experience or familiarity with asphalt paving is highly preferred. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials regularly. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality.
