Asphalt Repair Technician and Sealcoating Crew Member

Asphalt Raker & Repair Specialist / Sealcoating Crew Member Mike’s SealCoating & Services, Inc. is expanding our field crew and seeking a motivated individual experienced in asphalt raking and/or sealcoating. We service residential and commercial properties throughout north eastern Illinois and pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and teamwork. Job Responsibilities: Rake and level hot asphalt during repairs Assist with cut‑outs, patching, and base prep Apply sealcoat Perform crack filling and general pavement prep Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Work efficiently as part of a crew Qualifications: Asphalt or construction experience preferred Ability to lift 50–75 lbs Comfortable working outdoors all day Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented Valid driver’s license required- NO CDL NEEDED Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Overtime during peak season Training and advancement opportunities If you’re ready to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of a strong crew, apply today.
