Job Description:Job Title:Asphalt Sealcoat Laborer TEMP ASSIGNMENT Location:Mulberry, AR (travel throughout AR, OK, and SW MO) Pay:$18/hour Schedule:Varies weekly based on job availability; includes weekends and overnights.12 hour days Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable Asphalt Sealcoat Laborer to join our crew.This role involves assisting with the cleaning, sealcoating, and paint striping of parking lots.The work is physically demanding and performed outdoors in various weather conditions.The crew meets in Mulberry, AR to pick up company trucks before traveling to job sites.Responsibilities:Drive a -ton pickup truck and pull a trailer (CDL not required) Clean and prepare parking lots for sealcoating and striping Operate blowers, brooms, shovels, and other hand tools Apply liquid sealcoat and crack seal to pavement surfaces Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and maintenance Requirements:Clean driving record (no DUIs) Ability to drive a pickup truck with trailer safely Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and occasional overnight shifts Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability 12 hour days This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and is looking for steady employment through the fall season.Job Requirements:Clean and prepare parking lots for sealcoating and striping Operate blowers, brooms, shovels, and other hand tools Apply liquid sealcoat and crack seal to pavement surfaces Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and maintenance Requirements:Clean driving record (no DUIs) Ability to drive a pickup truck with trailer safely Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and occasional overnight shifts Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
