Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as an Asphalt Sealcoating Laborer and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the durability and appearance of asphalt surfaces.This position involves assisting with cleaning asphalt driveways/lots, crack filling, and sealcoating.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn new skills, this is the perfect opportunity.Duties Prepare asphalt surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and setting up work areas for sealcoating application Assist with the application of sealcoat using spray equipment or brushes to ensure even coverage on driveways, and parking lots.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Requirements Prior experience with asphalt sealcoating is not required; willingness to learn is essential.Ability to operate a truck and trailer (or learn).Must have a valid VA driver's license with Must be able to work in the summer heat and be able to lift 50 pounds.Must be willing to work weekends when necessary.Be part of an independent 2-person sealcoating crew and enjoy working outside!
