Assembler - 2nd Shift - Hiring Now The Assembler position in Andover, MA offers an exciting opportunity to join a company known for its commitment to innovation in electronic and mechanical assembly.This contract-to-hire role is perfect for individuals looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.Shift of the Assembler:2nd Shift - 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM 3rd Shift - Sunday/Monday 10pm - 7am, Tuesday - Friday Midnight - 7AM Pay Rate of the Assembler:$18/hr 10% differential (2nd Shift) = $19.80 $18/hr 20% differential (3rd Shift) = $21.60 Responsibilities of the Assembler:Perform a variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.Test equipment and products as required.Follow simple written instructions to ensure quality assembly of various models.Qualifications of the Assembler:0-1 year of related experience required.Basic PC skills, including the ability to log in and use a mouse and keyboard.Good manual dexterity and coordination.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong communication skills to convey information accurately.Assemblers Apply Today!
