Shift & Schedule:Daylight shifts Option 1:Wednesday - Saturday, 5:00am - 3:30pm Or Option 2:Sunday - Wednesday, 5:00am - 3:30pm Pay:$20 - $21 per hour upon hire Clear progression path with the company to level up within the assembly department as your skills and responsibility increases so will your pay.Sr.Assemblers making $25+hr.Job Overview:Join our team as an Assembler and play a key role in building quality products that make a difference.You'll be working on the shop floor, reading blueprints, following detailed instructions, and making sure every piece is assembled accurately and safely.This is a great chance to get hands-on experience, work independently, and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble a variety of metal products accurately and efficiently Work from blueprints, drawings, and job orders Operate and understand the tools and equipment used in assembly Maintain productivity levels while adhering to quality standards Work independently to meet daily production goals Qualifications Experience reading blueprints, performing mechanical assembly Comfortable with repetitive tasks and using hand tools or equipment Ability to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comprehension of technical drawings and manufacturing documents (willing to provide some training) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Physical & Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods (at least 8 hours) If you're ready to jump into a dynamic assembly role where your skills will be valued, don't wait apply now and start building a brighter future today!.
