Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Assembler to join our manufacturing team.The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assembling products efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced factory environment.This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations.Shifts Available:Day Shift Hours:6:45 am - 7 pm (2-2-3 rotating schedule) or 6 am - 6 pm (12-hour rotating shifts)Night Shift Hours:6:45 pm - 7 am (4-4 rotating schedule) Pay:$15-$17 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and work instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively Conduct quality checks during assembly to ensure product standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of tools and machinery Employee Benefits/Perks:We offer weekly pay, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, short-term disability, employee discounts, and more!
