OPS America Assembly is a ISO13485 Certified, rapidly growing company in Maple Lake, MN that provides nationwide services in a small-town atmosphere in a climate-controlled environment.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Assembly team.In this role, you will have opportunity to assemble a wide variety of products.Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the success for our customers.We offer job specific premium pay of up to $3.00/hr.We have a wide variety of work cells including, Light Assembly, Injection Molding, Medical Clean Room Assembly, Digital Printing, 3D Prototype Printing, Electrical Assembly and Mechanical Assembly.We Provide competitive retirement plan, paid time off, no nights and weekends, and paid holidays! Responsibilities:Perform job duties according to established work instructions and design specifications.Prepare and organize necessary supplies and materials for each project.Complete quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safety.Some work areas provide the opportunity to use hand tools and large equipment.Conduct thorough quality checks on finished product to identify any defects or inconsistencies.Hours:7:00am-3:30pm Days:Monday-Friday, and NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!
