Position:Assembly Technician Location:Grand Island, Pay Rate:$22.01/hour Schedule:1st Shift 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Be part of the build from start to finish.If you enjoy hands-on work, following detailed instructions and seeing a product come together piece by piece, this assembly role is a great opportunity.We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in quality work and want a stable day-shift position with competitive pay.What You'll Do Apply, align, attach, insert, and fasten components, sub-assemblies and units to chassis in the required order and sequence Work from engineering specifications, work instructions, sketches, schematics, blueprints, process sheets, photo books and verbal instructions Make necessary adjustments as units move through the assembly line Identify, record, and report defects requiring on-line or off-line correction Detect and report faulty equipment, improper operation or continued use of defective parts Perform visual inspections to ensure assemblies meet standards for completeness, function, operation and appearance Assist with improving assembly practices and procedures Move materials as needed to perform job duties Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area Follow all prescribed safety rules and regulations Perform touch-up or small repair work when assigned Complete other duties as required or directed Overtime may be required including occasional Saturday operations.What We're Looking For High School Diploma or actively working toward a Diploma or GED Minimum of two years of manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable, safety-minded and team-oriented work ethic Why You'll Like This Role Competitive pay at $22.01/hour Consistent first-shift schedule Hands-on work with clear processes and expectations Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement on the assembly line Ready to put your manufacturing experience to work on a dependable day shift?
