Masterson Staffing is hiring Assembly Technicians for a leading boat manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN.In this hands-on role, you'll help build high quality components while working in a fast-paced production environment that values teamwork, integrity, and growth.If you enjoy using hand tools, staying active throughout your shift, and working with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit for you!
