Dairy Burger – Assembly Line Team Member Job Summary Dairy Burger is looking for reliable and hardworking Assembly Line Team Members to join our kitchen crew! In this role, you’ll be part of the team that assembles our burgers and baskets quickly and accurately while maintaining our high standards for quality and food safety. Responsibilities Assemble burgers and baskets according to Dairy Burger’s recipes and portion standards. Keep a steady pace during busy hours while ensuring accuracy and presentation quality. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work closely with kitchen and front-line team members to meet customer demand and ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety and cleanliness procedures, including proper food handling and equipment use. Restock supplies and communicate when ingredients or materials are running low. Support the team by helping wherever needed to keep service fast and efficient. Requirements Previous food service, kitchen, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required – we provide full training! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused under pressure. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and Dairy Burger quality standards.
