Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and Mechanically Incline Assemblers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working on an assembly line.This role involves assembling components using various hand and power tools, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.Duties Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.Assist in training new employees on assembly techniques and safety practices.Utilize forklift equipment when necessary for moving materials within the warehouse.Qualifications Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues.Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided.Join our team as an Assembler where your skills will contribute to the success of our production line while working in a supportive environment focused on growth and development.Job Types:Full-time, Temp-to-hire Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
