Assembly Operator -- 1st & 3rd Shift Taunton, MA We are currently hiring Assembly Operators for 1st and 3rd Shift opportunities with a growing manufacturing company in Taunton, MA.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with room for long-term growth.Job Details Job Title:Assembly OperatorLocation:Taunton, MA 02780Schedule:Monday - Friday (30-minute lunch) Openings:2 openings on 1st Shift 1 opening on 3rd Shift No drug test required Job Summary The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling products according to work orders, customer specifications, and quality standards.This role focuses on producing high-quality products efficiently while following safety and manufacturing guidelines.Responsibilities Assemble products following work orders and specifications Follow quality standards and safety procedures Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately Read and follow Bills of Materials and product specifications Set up and operate manufacturing and assembly equipment Load and unload post-cure ovens per specifications Operate spooling and tube rinsing equipment Assemble pump sets and molded products Clean, package, and prepare finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production goals and customer quality requirements Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies Use required PPE and follow workplace safety guidelines Qualifications 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required) Basic math and measuring skills Ability to read and understand work orders and specifications Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Comfortable working in a team environment Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Ability to work with cleaning solutions such as Isopropyl Alcohol Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Repetitive hand and finger movements Bending, kneeling, and reaching Visual inspection and close-up assembly work Lifting up to 35 lbs Working around manufacturing equipment and noise #CNX200 Pay:$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Work Location:In person.
