Let's talk about the available shift:1st Shift Mechanical Assembler works Monday - Thursday 5am-4:30pm Overtime is currently mandatory on Fridays! 5am-4:30pm The Pay for the Mechanical Assembler:1st Shift - $22.50/hour Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked Remedy provides the Mechanical Assembler with Benefits:Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit options Medical, Dental, Vision & Retirement Plan; starting on day 1 Free Online Classes to enhance your manufacturing skills $100 BONUS per referral; work with your family and friends Full time Evaluation to Hire position Hiring immediately Job Duties of the Mechanical Assembler:Use machine drawings, machine assembly drawings, controls schematics and relevant bills of materials to proficiently build according to drawings and problem solve where needed.Engage in the reduction and/or elimination of non-value-added work throughout the organization.Utilize hand tools proficiently in performing the following tasks:Structural assembly, Mechanical drive assembly, Fluid control assembly, Guard and cover assembly, Mechanical assembly, simple electrical assembly.Work must represent quality workmanship, neatness, with acceptable efficiencies.Shipping & Receiving Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence..
