Job Description

The Assembly Table Assistant supports production operations by assisting in the assembly of materials and components according to work orders and specifications. This role performs repetitive tasks in a team-based environment to ensure products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. What You'll Do Assist in assembling materials and components based on work instructions and specifications Follow direction from supervisors or team leads to support production processes Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools and equipment Position, align, and secure materials to meet required specifications Operate basic machinery or equipment as needed and trained Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety policies and procedures Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines Perform additional duties as needed What You'll Bring Ability to follow instructions and work within established processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools Strong work ethic and reliability Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments Familiarity with basic tools and equipment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift and move materials as required Ability to work in manufacturing or production environments Comfortability with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying environmental conditions Ability to work extended hours based on production needs What You'll Earn Health Care Benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off Benefits for union‑represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
