Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team.This role involves assembling components and products in a fast-paced factory environment.The ideal candidate will have experience working on assembly lines, familiarity with hand and power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient and accurate assembly processes.This position offers an opportunity to develop manufacturing skills within a dynamic facility committed to quality and safety.Duties Assemble products and components according to specifications using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical techniques Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely when required Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards during assembly processes Inspect assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Assist in the setup of assembly stations and prepare materials for production runs Skills Prior experience in manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environments is preferred Mechanical knowledge to understand assembly procedures and troubleshoot issues Experience with assembly line operations and familiarity with hand tools and power tools Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently This position is ideal for individuals with factory or warehouse experience looking to advance their career in manufacturing.Candidates should be safety-conscious, reliable, and eager to contribute to a productive team environment.Pay:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
