Calling all road warrior nurses!!! SembraNet is looking for a Salisbury area Registered Nurse to cover Salisbury and surrounding areas.Responsibilities include:seeing clients in their homes to perform initial assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits for Charlotte area Home Care agencies.In addition, you will conduct staff trainings for PCAs and CNAs.You will be part of a wonderful team of nurses!! Our goal is to empower agencies by keeping their clients safe and healthy in their home environment to prevent hospitalization.This is an exciting, innovative field to be involved in.If you have strong assessment skills, a passion for community health, and a desire for a FLEXIBLE schedule then this job is for you! Specific responsibilities will include:Traveling throughout the local region Visiting clients in their homes Assessing client's activities of daily living and evaluating client's home environment Completing electronic reports related to client's health status, diagnoses, medications and other pertinent factors No hands-on care provided to client by the Registered Nurse.Pay:$28.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
