Asset Backed Finance, Associate

Company Overview: A private investment management firm with approximately $41 billion in capital under management is seeking a professional to join their Asset Backed Finance team. The role involves managing cash flow forecasting, reporting, and compliance due diligence. Job Responsibilities: Validate monthly remittance cash flow waterfall and reconcile with internal records Monitor portfolio performance and escalate issues as needed Maintain and update ABF cash flow models and perform valuations Manage monthly calls with servicers and ongoing collateral tasks Prepare and present quarterly portfolio reviews and investor deliverables Manage pre-close and post-close diligence and engage third-party providers Qualifications: 4+ years of Asset Backed Finance asset management experience Foundational knowledge of fixed-income concepts and strong quantitative skills Familiarity with ABF products and servicing workflows Ability to interpret servicing reports and operational data Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Compensation: Salary: $120,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus The post Asset Backed Finance, Associate appeared first on Landing Point.
