Company Overview:We are a licensed Private Investigations firm with over 20 years of combined experience, known for our high standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect for clients and debtors alike.We offer a flexible, self-driven work environment and are seeking autonomous, motivated individuals to join our growing team.Job Details:Job Type:Full-time Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation:Hourly Commission Education:High School Diploma or GED required Location:Garland, TX Background Check:Criminal background check required upon hire Responsibilities:Conduct investigations on accounts in compliance with federal and state laws Locate individuals or assets using investigative tools and skip tracing techniques Make outbound calls to verify and update missing or incorrect information Maintain accurate records and document findings in internal systems Work independently while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach Qualifications:5years of investigative experience 5years of experience using Recovery Database Network (RDN) Proficient with online investigative tools such as TLOxp and CLEAR Strong knowledge of compliance regulations:FDCPA, CFPB, GLBA Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working on a PC for prolonged periods Strong phone etiquette and written communication Why Join Us?
