Apex Coast Collective, a specialized sales and business consulting firm based in Jacksonville, is recruiting an Assistant Account Manager to support our Jacksonville-based client operations tied to AT&T Fiber services.This role focuses on assisting account oversight, supporting customer engagement initiatives, and contributing to the development of high-performing residential teams representing AT&T Fiber products.The Assistant Account Manager supports the coordination of AT&T Fiber's symmetrical bandwidth solutions while gaining hands-on exposure to account management, client interaction, and team leadership fundamentals.Through a structured training and development program, the Assistant Account Manager builds the skills needed to support sales initiatives, maintain account standards, and contribute to a fast-paced consulting environment.Core Functions of the Assistant Account Manager Support AT&T Fiber client initiatives by assisting customers with plan options, serviceability outcomes, and upgrade opportunities while upholding professional service standards.Represent AT&T Fiber offerings by educating customers and team members on Wi-Fi gateways, performance features, and available promotional incentives.Assess household connectivity needs to help recommend fiber solutions that support streaming, gaming, and remote-work usage, reinforcing consultative best practices.Assist with activation processes and account updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency throughout the customer experience.Apply AT&T promotional offers and bundled services while supporting clear communication around billing structures and account details.Maintain operational standards by verifying documentation, protecting customer information, and supporting adherence to AT&T Fiber compliance guidelines.Education & Experience Needed for the Assistant Account Manager High school diploma or GED required; coursework or a degree in Business or Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.Background in sales, customer service, retail, or client-facing roles with the ability to support customers and collaborate within a team environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain services, address questions, and maintain a customer-focused approach.Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track information and support account processes throughout the sales cycle.This position is a full time, in person position here in Jacksonville, FL, with an average commission pay rate of $969.71-1167.82 per week with room for advancement.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$969.71 - $1,167.82 per week Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
