The Wyoming Attorney General's Office in Casper seeks an attorney to represent the Gaming Commission, Pharmacy Board, the Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission, and other licensing boards and commissions in prosecuting licensing and disciplinary matters before administrative tribunals and Wyoming courts. As part of this position, you will prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs; perform discovery; represent boards and commissions in administrative and judicial hearings; participate in negotiations, public hearings, and client meetings; and represent licensing boards and commissions in cases on appeal to the Wyoming Supreme Court, and federal trial and appellate courts. You may also review rules and regulations, and review and track legislation to advise the Governor and agency clients. This position will also perform other duties assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the Attorney General's office.
