Arctic Wolf Ale House is a locally owned, owner-operated bar and grill known for consistent food, strong service, and a strong reputation in the area. We’re hiring a Assistant Bar Manager to work alongside our current bar manager and help run front-of-house operations. This is a working role. You’ll be behind the bar bartending, serving guests, and running shifts while maintaining service quality and consistency. Schedule (required): Friday afternoon Saturday afternoon Weekday flexibility on additional shifts. What you’ll be doing: Running bar shifts and keeping service moving Handling comps, voids, and discounts correctly Supporting staff and maintaining standards Assisting with bar organization Contributing to cocktail development Pay: $12–$15/hour base $30–$45+ per hour including tips We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and able to take control of a shift when needed.
