Job Title: Assistant Boys and Girls Track Coach Job Summary: The Assistant Coach assists the Head Coach in the responsibility for coaching and providing direction to student-athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Qualifications: ISBE teaching certificate or ASEP certification IHSA concussion and PED test completed CPR/AED Certified Valid Driver's License Evaluation: The supervisor shall annually evaluate the team leader. Such evaluation shall be reviewed with the team leader and made part of his/her permanent record. Reports to: Head Coach and Director of Athletics and Activities Terms of Employment: This is a yearly stipend position. Depending on the review of school needs and the evaluation process, the term may be extended annually.
