Assistant Branch Supervisor

CPCU is seeking a motivated Assistant Branch Supervisor to support daily branch operations and help lead our frontline team! This role partners with the Branch Supervisor to ensure exceptional member services, operational accuracy, and a positive team environment.We are looking for someone who takes ownership, supports their team, and helps drive results while maintaining a strong member-focused culture.Key Responsibilities:Coach and support frontline staff in delivering meaningful member conversations Assist with scheduling, workflow, and daily branch oversight Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Help resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently Serve as acting supervisor when needed Qualifications:Previous financial institution experience required Strong member service background Lending experience preferred Ability to lead with confidence and consistency Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and dependable Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.17 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Sales:3 years (Preferred) Management:1 year (Preferred) Lending:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
