In this role, you will support digital and process improvement initiatives across our banking, insurance, and investment operations. Working in a collaborative, growth-focused culture, you’ll assist with analyzing workflows, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and preparing data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and client experience. You will partner closely with IT, business stakeholders, and project teams to support implementation, testing, and adoption of new digital tools and solutions.
