Assistant Client Service Specialist

Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking an Assistant Client Service Specialist to support our Insurance Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you’ll assist Client Service Specialists and Account Managers with policy servicing, documentation, renewals, certificates, and billing inquiries. You will respond to client requests, process changes with carriers, maintain accurate records in our agency management systems, and ensure timely follow-up. You’ll collaborate closely with our producers and service teams to deliver responsive, professional service that reflects our supportive, team-focused culture and long-standing commitment to clients.
