TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks an Assistant Client Support Manager to join our Customer Service & Support team in the printing media space. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between clients, production, and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service and on-time delivery across complex printing and communications projects. You’ll coordinate job tickets and schedules, track project status, resolve issues, and prepare client-ready reports and updates. Working in TSG’s collaborative, high-performance culture, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders, gain broad exposure to public affairs and media-driven advocacy campaigns, and help strengthen long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
