You will work closely with the Community Manager to oversee leasing, resident relations, operations, marketing, and administrative functions while helping deliver an exceptional living experience for residents. This position is ideal for someone who is: Customer service driven Organized and detail-oriented Confident in leasing and sales Professional and polished Passionate about hospitality and community building Excited to be part of a property undergoing major enhancements Key Responsibilities Leasing & Resident Experience Welcome and tour prospective residents Drive leasing activity through strong sales and follow-up Process applications and prepare lease documents Coordinate smooth move-ins and renewals Build positive relationships with residents and vendors Help create a warm, engaging community atmosphere Operations & Administration Assist with daily property operations Maintain resident files and property records Support rent collection and notices Coordinate service requests and follow-up Assist with budgeting and reporting Support ongoing renovation coordination and resident communication Community & Team Support Partner with the Community Manager to support onsite staff Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of amenities and common areas Contribute to resident retention initiatives and events Uphold Fairmont’s culture of professionalism and excellence Qualifications Minimum 2 years of property management experience preferred Leasing and customer service experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and positive demeanor Organized with strong attention to detail Experience with Appfolio preferred Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Our Core Values At Fairmont, we look for team members who are: Team-oriented and willing to support others Motivated, driven, and proactive Emotionally intelligent and relationship-focused We are committed to creating communities people are proud to call home — and we’re looking for team members who share that passion.
