Respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism. Conduct community tours—walk-ins and those scheduled by our Regional Sales Team. Support move-ins and move-outs, creating a seamless experience. Escalate resident concerns as needed to leadership. Community Operations Inspect homes before move-in to ensure quality.
