Assistant Controller New York - Manhattan (Hybrid) $130,000 - $160,000 I'm partnering with a fast-growing, AI-powered advertising technology business on a key Assistant Controller hire as they continue to scale globally. The business is at a genuine inflection point - a high-growth, multi-entity, international SaaS operation with real ambition behind it. What you'll do Support the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Assist with consolidated financial statements across multiple international entities Apply revenue recognition principles under ASC 606 across a mixed commercial model - SaaS subscriptions, managed services, and usage-based arrangements Help develop and maintain internal controls in preparation for external audit Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting for the CFO and senior leadership Managing the billing cycle across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Reconciling billed revenue against contracts and flagging discrepancies What you'll bring Experience in a SaaS or AdTech business strongly preferred Comfortable working across international subsidiaries Any exposure to public company or SEC readiness is a plus A process-builder mentality - you improve things, you don't just run them NetSuite or equivalent ERP experience preferred Ideal background: Advertising, AdTech, Marketing or MarTech
