TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks an Assistant Customer Service Manager to support our Customer Service & Support team in the printing media arm of our strategic communications practice. In this hands-on role, you’ll help oversee day-to-day client service, guide representatives, and coordinate complex print and media orders from intake through delivery. You will liaise closely with production, sales, and account teams to ensure accurate specs, timelines, and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, familiarity with print or media workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
