Assistant Director of Culinary Services The Assistant Director of Culinary services provides operational support to the Director of Culinary Services. They will supervise wait staff in the day-to-day operations of the Dining Rooms, maintain a high quality, positive, safe physical, and social environment. Monitor resident satisfaction and address food service concerns. Oversee cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in dining areas. Supervise food presentation, portion control, and service timing. Manage staff schedules, hiring, training, performance, and coverage. Coordinate catering, banquets, and special events. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with other departments and attend regular meetings. Manage inventory and monthly ordering of culinary supplies. Supervisory Duties: Direct supervision of dining staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
