Job Description
Shift - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Duties: Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers and communicate and assist with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling. Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role
