Assistant Director of Nursing for Maternal Child care

Shift - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM D M-F with some off shift and weekend presence requirements per month to be determined by the CNO/covering Director Job Summary: Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers and communicate and assist with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling. Director level expertise to cover all Maternal Child Health Department Required Skills & Experience: Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role
