Grand Manor Health Care Center - 3645 Cook Avenue St. Louis, Missouri, 63113 Bernard Care Center - 4335 West Pine Boulevard St. Louis, Missouri, 63108 Crestwood Health Care Center - 11400 Mehl Avenue Florissant, Missouri, 63033 South County Health Care Center - 1101 West Outer 21 Road Arnold, Missouri Job Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff Ensure adherence to resident rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment Requirements: Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice with previous DON or ADON experience.
