Box 17, Point Lookout, MO 65726 or email hr@cofo.edu Assistant Director of Student Engagement College of the Ozarks seeks a full-time Assistant Director of Student Engagement to support the Dean of Students and the Director of Student Engagement. Responsibilities of this position include fostering a welcoming and engaging community within the Watson Student Center while assisting with daily building operations, including maintenance, permits, amenities, and events. This position also supports The Students’ Union operations, assists with student programming and experiences, and helps coordinate and develop student workers. This role requires evening and weekend hours, a background check, and reports directly to the Director of Student Engagement. The successful candidate will be a high-energy, detail-oriented person passionate about creating and cultivating a strong community. This individual should be able to enforce College policies and aim to cultivate a Christ-centered community that closely reflects the College’s mission. He or she should possess excellent communication skills, have high integrity, be proactive and organized, and support the College's Academic, Vocational, Christian, Cultural, and Patriotic pillars. Salary commensurate with experience. This is a full time (year-round) position and includes benefits such as paid medical insurance, retirement (403b), and vacation/sick paid time off.
