Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll help lead front-of-house teams, uphold Pelican’s high standards for guest experience, and ensure smooth service. You’ll assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and maintaining brand standards while modeling Pelican’s commitment to sustainability and community.
