Employer Industry: Transportation Planning and Coordination Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $234,498.99 annually Flexible hybrid work options available Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Comprehensive health benefits, including agency-paid dental and vision insurance Generous paid leave policy, including vacation and sick leave Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on equitable practices What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the management of the FasTrak Regional Customer Service Center Back Office System implementation Coordinate project plans, schedules, and dependencies among multiple vendors and teams Provide contract oversight, including performance management and invoice reviews Develop and implement project status communication methods for stakeholders Identify and mitigate program-level risks and track project issues What Is Required (Qualifications) Master’s degree in transportation planning, project management, public finance, or a related field Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible experience in project management Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) Experience with contract negotiation and administration Ability to manage and integrate multi-entity schedules across internal teams and external vendors How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Master’s degree in business, information systems, or public administration Five years of complex project management experience, including supervisory responsibility Experience with tolling systems and back-office operations Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor programs Demonstrated experience in long-term project coordination and stakeholder management #TransportationPlanning #ProjectManagement #HybridWork #CareerGrowth #PublicSectorJobs "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
