You will ensure the highest quality of service for both children and their families while fostering a positive and engaging environment. This leadership position requires a balance of business management, team leadership, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for childhood development and a commitment to growing our community of families. Responsibilities ● Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the center, including staff training and effective communication with parents ● Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns ● Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain current families ● Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff at all times Qualifications ● Childcare Experience: Proven experience working with young children in an organized play setting ● Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team ● Team-Oriented: Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team player ● Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff, parents, and guests ● Physical Capability: Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds ● Endurance: Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling job responsibilities Company Overview My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is an international corporation with 600 locations dedicated to providing exceptional recreational fitness and gymnastics programs for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years.
