Assistant Farm Manager

Blue Barn Land & Cattle is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager for a progressive agricultural operation in central Kansas. This is a hands-on management trainee position with long-term growth potential. We are looking for someone with strong agricultural experience, leadership ability, and a willingness to take ownership and responsibility. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years of agricultural experience Management or supervisory experience preferred Experience with farm irrigation systems required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment Good communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and dependable Position Responsibilities Assist with daily farm operations Help manage irrigation scheduling and maintenance Supervise employees and coordinate workflows Equipment operation and basic maintenance Assist with crop production planning and logistics Support overall farm management and decision-making Competitive compensation based on experience.
