Job Summary The Assistant FOH Manager workers are responsible for a variety of tasks related to food service, FOH maintenance and staff coordination.Will also be responsible for food service under the supervision of the Owner and GM.These tasks may include cleaning and butchering meat, knowing a restaurant's menu and preparing its items, mixing ingredients sauce preparation, and correctly storing food.General Responsibilities Manage daily operations under the direction of the Owner/GM.Ensure FOH sanitation and cleanliness according to health and safety guidelines.Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure service operation is smooth.Schedule, coordinate, and appoint activities to FOH staff Be supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established service guildines In conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurants and safety of guests always Be directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient and effective food item ticket times Able to set progressive goals for hourly team members for performance Be able to train the staff, set the standards for quality in every step of food service Maintain a positive disposition during even the busiest and most stressful service periods Assist with the ordering of all FOH inventory including, cleaning supplies, small wares.Inspects and ensures that all inventory items are properly organized and rotated.Understand and control food cost and labor cost inputs to remain within budgetary guidelines Employer has the right to add and edit job duties Qualifications:Managerial or Leadership Experience ServSafe and Responsible Vendor certifications preferred Strong Leadership Skills, Work Ethic, and Responsibility Customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time and handle busy kitchen Internal and external customer service, with emphasis on positive and constructive criticism and problem solving, respectively.Team player Benefits Health benefits Including Vision and Dental Paid time off/Schedule Flexibility Discounted meals for employees and immediate family Holiday Pay/Paid Vacation Please apply in person Job Type:Full-time or Part-time Hourly $20-40/hour, Salary or Hrly options available Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
