Salary: $230,000 - 290,000 base + bonus incentives We are working with a growing real estate investment and management firm, who are seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel to support their legal team, with a primary focus on real estate transactions and commercial leasing. This role will work closely with acquisitions, asset management, and leasing teams to support the organizations continued expansion. Support acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets, including due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, and closing processes Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases (office, retail, and industrial), including amendments, renewals, and terminations Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and business implications related to leasing and property operations Manage outside counsel on specialized matters and litigation as needed 4+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a law firm and/or in-house real estate group ~ Strong experience in commercial real estate transactions and leasing
