Assistant General Manager

Job Summary Oversee restaurant operations, staff management and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Restaurant is looking for a professional individual to add to the management team. Candidates must have a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and receiving products Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions Support in scheduling and managing employee shifts Monitor restaurant cleanliness and organization Assist in implementing promotional activities to drive sales Requirements Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and employees. Experience in shift management within an elevated restaurant enviroment. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
