Position Overview We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Assistant General Manager/In-Training to help lead one of our high-performing fitness locations. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment, and is ready to take ownership of team development, production, and overall club success. As an AGM, you’ll work directly with the General Manager to drive revenue, build a winning culture, and develop future leaders . Key Responsibilities Sales & Production Leadership Drive daily sales performance and hit/exceed club production goals Maintain strong conversion metrics: Lead generation Appointment setting Tour-to-member conversion Manage and coach staff Team Development Conduct daily coaching, roleplay, and performance reviews Hold team accountable to: Activity standards (calls, leads, appointments) Conversion targets (65–75% tour-to-member goal) Assist GM in hiring, onboarding, and developing new talent Business & Marketing Strategy Assist in executing local marketing + B2B outreach Build partnerships with local businesses and vendors Drive traffic through: Social engagement Community outreach Referral programs Support special initiatives like: Promotional campaigns Seasonal sales pushes What We’re Looking For Coachability Leadership experience High energy, competitive mindset, and results-driven mentality Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation & Growth Aggressive commission + bonus structure Clear path to General Manager and beyond Opportunity to lead within a top-performing region Why Join Us?
