Roles and responsibilities include leading restaurant operations, supporting the general manager, demonstrating integrity, managing all restaurant operations, assisting in administrative duties, managing scheduling functionalities, maintaining the restaurant's office area, assisting in meeting financial objectives, ensuring a fantastic guest experience, coaching and developing service managers, and training and developing all employees. Requirements include being at least 18 years of age, availability to work any shifts and days, ServSafe Certification, two years of strong food prep and line experience, and fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred. Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, close, distance, and peripheral vision, frequently bending, stooping, and reaching, dexterity to handle kitchen equipment, working near open flames, working in hot and cold areas, working in tight spaces, and working and communicating effectively in high noise-level environments.
