Job Description
Remer, Georges-Pierre & Hoogerwoerd, PLLC is seeking a full-time Assistant Intake Manager to assist with overseeing the firm’s intake department and handling new client inquiries for employment law and personal injury matters. This position requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills in a fast-paced law firm environment. Responsibilities: Assist with managing the intake process for new potential clients Help oversee intake staff and daily intake operations Conduct intake screenings and communicate with potential clients Review and organize intake documents and information Follow up with potential clients regarding consultations and requested documents Assist with maintaining organization and efficiency within the intake department Support attorneys and staff with intake-related tasks as needed Requirements: Previous intake or law firm experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment English and Spanish required; Creole is a plus Professional and client-focused demeanor Experience with Microsoft Office; MyCase experience is a plus Benefits: Salary based on experience Health insurance & PTO 401(k) retirement plan Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
