Position Title:Assistant Janitorial Supervisor Reports To:Site Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor Hourly Rate:$18.00 per hour Location:Scottsdale, Arizona 85255 Schedule:Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Position Overview:The Assistant Janitorial Supervisor supports the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily janitorial services at Portico North Scottsdale Condominiums.This role includes hands-on cleaning, quality assurance, and staff support to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Assist with supervising custodial staff and daily workflow.Perform hands-on janitorial services across all assigned areas.Assist with inspections and corrective actions.Ensure proper use of equipment, chemicals, and supplies.Support property management requests as directed.Maintain safety, accountability, and service quality standards.QUALIFICATIONS Fluent in spoken and written English.Ability to communicate professionally via email.Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Outlook and Word.Ability to follow written scopes of work and SOPs.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to interact professionally with residents and facility staff.Ability to use a tablet or mobile phone to navigate apps and take photos.Physically capable of performing janitorial duties.Compliance with OSHA, PPE, and safety requirements.Digital Accountability All cleaning tasks must be tracked using digital checklists and photo documentation through LJ's Cleaning Solutions' management system using a tablet or mobile phone.Uniform:White tennis shoes Khaki pants Black or brown belt LJ's Cleaning Solutions work polo (provided) Candidates are expected to present a professional, appearance and wear the full company-issued uniform while on duty.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$18.00 per hour Benefits:Paid training Application Question(s):Can you please provide a good contact number and email address.Experience:Management:2 years (Preferred) Janitorial:2 years (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
