Assistant Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef

50 Hours a week position in our beautiful, newly renovated, Air-Conditioned Kitchen......We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back of house restaurant operations. You must have most of your experience in the restaurant industry and not corporate or institutional experience only. We are a very, very, very busy and fast paced operation and so you must be able to handle such an operation. You will be on the line nightly. It can be as fun as you make it but you will be working hard. Opportunity for advancement to KM OR GM and even actual partner if you're up to the challenge. This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for a motivated and dedicated person. You must have full weekend avalability esp Sunday. Not that you have to work every sunday but you must be able to work most of them. Starting pay is based on experience and talent.
