Name of the Posts Assistant Law Officer – 01 (One) Legal Assistant – 05 (Five) Eligibility Assistant Law Officer Officers of Central/State Government/UT/Recognized Research Institutes/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies/PSUs: Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR Minimum 5 years of regular service in Level 6 (₹35,400–1,12,400) Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution Minimum 4 years of experience as: Legal practitioner, or Handling legal work in Government/PSUs/Autonomous/Statutory bodies Legal Assistant Officers of Central/State Government/UT/Recognized Research Institutes/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies/PSUs: Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR Minimum 3 years of regular service in Level 6 (₹35,400–1,12,400) Degree in Law from a recognized university Application Procedure Interested candidates are required to submit in their application in the prescribed format and shall submit it to Administrative Officer, DPCC, 3rd Floor, IT Park, DMRC Building, Shastri Park, Delhi-110053 on or before 15.04.2026 The Official Notification is here Attention all law students and lawyers!
