POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently. Will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel, coordinating projects, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality within the facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Delegate Maintenance Technician's work list and assure it is completed in a safe and timely manner. Schedule groundskeeping as needed including mowing, trimming, spraying, snowplowing, and general site upkeep. Oversee maintenance on most plant processing equipment including routine and preventative maintenance. Schedule and order supplies as needed for new equipment installs and oversee site during installs.
